"Got my student loan check from Remington College, stop here this morning to cash it, a Spanish person waited on me, she looked asked for 2 forms of ID had me to sign the check, then she started looking at the screen again and looked, my mind said that she was tring to fine a reason not to Cash it, then she came up with tis , they had deposited the money yet, that didn't male any sense to me so I went to the bank manager who didn't try to fine out or assist me in finding out wat was wrong she just passed it own to someone else who went back to the same lady that rejected it the 1st. Time. So I called the issuer who told me that the money has been there every sense the 7th of June, 2023. I went back to another teller which was black who cashed it right away. I FEEL LIKE I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECause I was black. SO NOW IM REACHING OUT FOR AN ATTORNEY AND OTHER SUPPORT TO MAKE SURE TIS DONT HAPPEN AGAIN."

"Broken ATM for a month at 13091 Airline Hwy A, Gonzales, LA 70737. Trying to report to branch as customer service number suggests to the branch. But every time i call no on answers? Guess I will have to go in face to face to explain next time i am in the area. Could have been easily explained over the phone. Need more Chase ATM and banches in this area."

Easy to use tumbler took my business quickly to the teller & came back quickly with my ID promptly returned & a "thank you" have a great day. I highly recommend Banking at this Chase Bank location."
