"Called the answering machine at 8:15 am and informed them that I was in pain and ask for some pain meds.called backat 9 am asking for help. Talked to the receptionist at 12:45 and was informed they were busy seeing patients. I replied that I need to find a Doctor and her response was "ok". Have been a patient for several years."

"Saw my child once, when we explained the problems she just basically looked at my child and said, we have to send him to specialists, ordered a few lab tests and that was it. Then we went back because several specialists said to see the PCP and let her know what is happening. The MA who performed the triage was very rude, kept calling my child a "she" and the MA kept asking, are you sure she's 15? Like I don't know my kid's age. The MA then said in a very rude and condescending tone, well I don't understand why you are here, you have only been here one other time. Yes, because we were immediately sent to specialists. While trying to see specialists we were having some difficulty at first and I would call the office to ask questions, no one would ever answer the phone and I wouldn't get a call back until the next day to a week later. Well, after we went the second time I received a letter in the mail saying my kid has too many problems and the doctor will no longer be seeing my kid. So if you have a disabled kid, it is best to go somewhere else."

"We love love Dr Ramona she goes above and beyond she is always very thorough with my daughter. She never rushed you. I have went in with a list of questions and she always answers them. If I ever have to leave her practice I will truly be so sad."

His Father-in-law Dr. Ataya was an amazing doctor and man - you can tell Dr. Dakour learned a lot from him and it shows in how well he takes care of his patients. Thank you, Dr. Dakour!"

"I can’t recommend this office. It wasn’t all bad but the experience for the most was terrible for both of my daughters. We were new patients and I have to take responsibility for their behavior which was not ideal. They were both anxious and scared and the nurse did nothing but make it worse with her impatient attitude and terrible service. It was very rushed, unprofessional (except reception they were really nice), the doctor was ok, she was still impatient and rushed. My daughter has a large bruise with a decent sized scratch to go with it, all that for one flu shot. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, it’s possible. Regardless, we won’t be going back."
