"Not very fond of this doctor. She had sworn up and down that nothing was wrong with my daughters eye, and come to find out my daughter has bilateral retinoblastoma in her eyes, which is a childhood cancer. She had refused to send us to an eye specialist and told us it's nothing. If we would've been sent when this was brought to her attention, my daughters battle wouldn't be near as severe."

"I was with another pediatrician for my children and ended up switching because of continual problems a few years ago. Dr. Manuel and her staff are great. I've only had one issue with one of her receptionists since I've been with them which has been almost 3 years now but nothing major. Dr. Manuel is an awesome Doctor. She takes her time with my children. Her and her staff are very friendly and they're always concerned with what is going on."
"RUDE staff! Do not recommend at all. I called to have a new patient seen for a physical, since I am taking care of my younger sister, and do not know all her previous doctor history they declined me. All we required was a physical for her to play sports; I tried to explain that our mother passed away and that I have only recently been taking care of my sister. I asked why she was declined, and she said it was because I did not know if has had one previously. I told her that I knew she had one the previous year, but the school was unable to send it over. She explained that she was 16, and their cut of age is 18; and they do not have to take anyone. I told her that I felt this was unacceptable, and highly unprofessional."
"I have used Dr. Manuel for 21 years with all 3 of my kids. She was recommended to me by one of my friends that is a RN. I am also an RN. She is conservative but a wonderful doctor. She is easy to get an appointment with and she sees your child very promptly. She has always spent time with my children to find out what is going on with my children."
