"If I could put zero stars on this place I would. The situation today has gone farther than ever before with them. They are rude and disrespectful. They are talking to you and stuffing themselves. Absolutely unprofessional! They deceive you into accepting the loans they send you in the mail. They get you to tell them what you own without telling you why they are requesting that sort of information. They tell you that it’s for insurance purposes. And then, all of a sudden, they threaten you one day. And they will insult you. They try to intimidate you. They blackmail you by saying they will come to your house and take your belongings. You ask why. And they answer, “Because you signed a contract with us.” That is the thing they never warn you about. This happened only because I wanted to pay one month instead of two. And I could pay the other month in a few days. This is probably because I didn’t accept their last loan offer. And I didn’t accept the other voucher they sent either. Why? Because they are a LIE! This place is a scam! Don’t trust them! They will also come unexpectedly to your house and bang on your door to harass you about your payment. There is something called email or mail. This place should be shut down for good! I will call someone to do investigation on them. Oh and by the way, my brother works at the Washington Post! So this information can be exposed big time!"

"Apparently you can’t get a loan on your lunch break because the guy that “approves” your loan takes lunch at the same time and there is not a single person in the entire company that can make the approval. The most important job in the entire company is the guy that approves the loans and there is only 1 person that has that job. That’s crazy"
