"The associate behind the counter falsely told me that she could not cash my SSI Check. Even though this business has a drop safe. When I expressed my utter disbelief and asked where the next closest location that could cash my check and idf she could call that location to see if they were able to cash my check; she then called someone on the phone and I overheard her ask that person how to cash a Social Security Check. She then requested a money drop from the safe. When she came back to the counter she then said "I'm going to go ahead and cash your check even though you were rude to me." I then said "How was I rude to you? You lied to me and said you didn't have the cash needed to cash my check." She had no response. She got the cash counted out a total of 3 times then once again to me. As she handed me my cash through the slot in the bulletproof glass and said "Here is your cash Rudey." I never said a cross word nor raised my voice in any way."

"Shy is amazing! She greeted me as soon as I came in even though she was with another customer (that is a big deal to me whenever I go to any business). She was fast, efficient, friendly, and so sweet. Many customers came in after me, but she kept her cool and handled everyone with the same sweet attitude and attention as the person before. Excellent, excellent service. I will definitely be returning and I recommend this location to everyone. I have never been to Ace before today, but I highly recommend seeing Shy at the O’Neal location!
