"Trying to reach someone on the phone for anything is a ridiculous fiasco!! This is every time I have tried to reach you. I have made complaints to the main branch about this in February 2023 when I went in person to deal with what I was trying to find out about. I then had to go to the Florida Blvd. branch because the main branch could not help me due to broken down debit machine card replacement. Totally unacceptable phone services for me all around!!"

"I truly hate dealing with this bank change a fee for everything,I ask to close account they refuse, saying I had to pay first ,how I suppose to pay down when y’all still let items come through if I say it’s not mine. It’s a third party transaction."
