"Fought for months about an issue with my credit report. Everyone I spoke to treated me like I was a bother to them. After several attempts, I decided to give up and try another route. They offered no assistance. And before I get the usual response " please contact our main office", I tried that also. Not only will I take every opporitunity to give a negative review, I will share this info with everyone that will listen."
"I hardly ever write reviews but after how i was treated over the phone, I MUST. I had one of the worst encounters with a customer service rep ever. Her name is Portia or la portia. She speaks so fast you can barely understand. I called with an issue about my account and she began to take a rude and nasty tone with me. I asked to speak with her supervisor, thinking the tone of the call would improve, but it did not! A supervisor by the name Angela, got on the phone and after a couple of questions did the same yelling and had the same nasty tone. I guess her friend prepped her or maybe they just don't care much about customer service. I am closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere. No one should ever be disrespected for asking questions about THEIR MONEY."
"So lately I haven't been feeling like a valued customer. I have been with this bank when they were named dow federal credit union since I was 18 years of age which is six years now. Today I called because I did not recognize a transaction on my account and the lady told me that it would be a two dollar fee to release that information. About a week ago, I called to transfer funds and they told me it would be a two dollar fee. I don't mind the transfer fee being two dollars but when did the bank ever charge you for releasing information? Isn't that the reason why they're there?? To make a long story short I just don't feel like they should be charging customers for every little thing. It's crazy how much this bank has changed over the years!"
