"My first experience here was awesome. Everyone was really nice and it showed they love dogs. Don't let the low rating fool you. I previously had a bad experience at another groomer where they had 4 stars rating. I paid over $80 and they did such a horrible job. The hair cut was choppy, my dog came back with more matted than what he came in with, got a huge cut on his inner thigh, which the groomer fail to mentioned until I went home and saw it! Paid extra for deshedding treatment but it was like they didn't even do the treatment at all. Shampooch is kind of hidden away but it's definitely worth it. Their prices are super reasonable and they do such an amazing job. Definitely recommend this place."

"I've loved this place until yesterday I brought my Schnauzer in for a groom and specifically explained to the lady who took in how I wanted her cut. Needless to say she shaved my puppy dam near bald!!! I was completely disappointed upon return and expressed to both ladies that I was not happy. When I spoke to the owner she offer no sort of compensation, discount, etc. Only stated, "she didn't know what she could do". Clearly this not how you handle business or show great customer service."
