"Not professional, probably from incompetent people, extremely greedy, if you take it to trial and they win, they want a lawyer's fee from the worker comp insurance company, wants 20% of everything thing, including weekly benefits, depending on your pay schedule, and 20% of everything in your settlement, which may be legal, probably except for medical expenses, serious lack of communication and integrity, can't even honestly return phone calls like they say they would, lied about 1 case, but he said he will keep me up date, took 5 months to get in contact, so he's a major hypocrite and associates too. Best advice search around for different lawyer's read and negotiate your contract right then and there, and find one that you don't have to pay until they win."
