"Attended a closing yesterday that was a really bad experience. First, they double booked the time, so they only had a very small room for us and they tried to limit the seller's representative from attending the actual closing. Then, they couldn't support all of the cost they wanted the seller to pay. Then they attempted to get the seller to sign an indemnification form in favor of the buyer's title insurance company and when told that the buyer didn't want to sign it, they said it wasn't necessary...deceptive at best. Also, the Bayou Tiltle closer was bossy and unpleasant. Overall a very bad experience and I wouldn't voluntarily ever go to a closing with them in the future"

"This company is by far the worse ever. The loan person was very unprofessional and did not keep We the sellers in the loop. They gave us the wrong selling price on the IRS forms and were not proficient in the way the closing went. The closing attorney did not give us copies of the paperwork and just ran us through the process very quickly. They seemed to have even done some things underhandedly. They made us sign docs before the closing. Never use them. You will be disappointed for sure. They are the worse of the worse."

"I was a little confused reading some of these negative reviews, because our experience was a great one! The entire process was swift (we needed to close in about 2.5 weeks) and smooth. At close, they caught an error on the paperwork sent by our lender, contacted them, and got it fixed and signed on the spot. We spoke with Brittany, Ashley, Jamie, Lauri, and Kathy - all these ladies were sweet as pie, even after all our questions as first-time buyers. We also coordinated with the Mandeville office where we did the close, and again, everyone was helpful and kind."

"I would not suggest to use this company to anyone. When we went to close on our home, the guy was very rude and had our paperwork wrong. He had the tax information wrong and the amount that was supposed to be paid to the assessor office. He did not want to change it and stormed out of the room. Then our neighbors starting getting our mail from them, after calling multiple times I finally got it changed to our correct address. Months later, we found out they paid our neighbors property taxes and not ours!!! This company has caused so many issues and I will never use them again!"
