"Posting on behalf of a friend who wants to remain anonymous: My dogs have gone to Hollie for several years. Over the last few years things have gotten progressively worse. My biggest complaint is that my dogs have not been ready on time, have been left there all day (dropping them off at 8am and still not ready at 4:30pm), and I didn’t even receive call saying it will be later than expected. She takes on too many dogs at once and can’t keep up. Doesn’t communicate with her clients about their dogs."
