"I've been here about 10 years so far and have never had an issue with this credit union. The staff is very friendly and always greets customers with a smile. The only thing I don't care for is holding a third party check for a week or more but in this society were theft is a major issue, I completely understand the policies they have in place on this."

"I have a Elderly mother that went to deposit a check at the Drive thru and the agent advised her they would hold her Driver's License until Monday....Explain to me how my mom have to Drive from Saturday to Monday without any form of Identification...."

"This Credit Union sucks!! I CANNOT WAIT to withdraw my money and move the funds to MCT. Between them making up rules as they go, holding checks for their own silly reasons, and locking people's cards from Cashapp and ATM transactions, I've had ENOUGH. Bank somewhere else, take it from me!!!"

"Worst bank ever! They want you to pull down your window at drive thru to see your face just to make a deposit! I can maybe understand doing that with withdrawal for security reasons, but not not deposits. Save yourself some frustration and bank somewhere else. Unbelievably sad and illogical banking rules."
