"I don’t visit this branch often, as I’m from out of town, but when I’ve been visiting my daughter who lives in the area and have had to conduct business there on yhree occasions, it’s not been a pleasant one. The woman whom I would guess is the manager is rude and has been on two of my three visits. The other young ladies have always been much better to deal with. It’s sad that this one branch makes the bank as a whole suffer. The branches in Victoria, TX are amazing no matter what one you visit. Would definitely recommend customer service training or a manager who enjoys her job. Positivity is contagious!!!"

"Very non-accommodating service from this branch. I've been a customer for 18 years and this branch would not take a deposit because they said it was against banking rules the way the check was addressed. I am the sole owner of my business and she advised me to scratch out my account numbers off the back of check and take my deposit to a competitor bank that I also deal with, I looked at her like she was crazy and told her no I don't have to do that. I went down the street to another Prosperity Bank 5 miles further and I was able to deposit the check made out to me with no problem. I'm a very dissatisfied customer with this branch. The manager at this branch made me feel like I wasn't trustworthy. I would recommend going to the Groves Branch not this branch. Not only the tellers rude but the manager is also rude."
