"I just come up their riding a scooter at 53. teller scan a well known company Western Union check in my name. Then said I had to cash it through an account. Now it has that number code on the back of check. One of these disturbances going on in this town"

"5/30/2023 What’s the point of opening at 9am if the tellers are not going to assist the first customer until after 9:15am? They are all just standing behind the glass doing busy work while 9 paying customers are standing in line waiting to be assisted."

"I had a horrible experience at this location on phelan in Beaumont. I bring my exchange students to come and try to exchange money but I did not have an account there. So I go to open an account and the lady was too busy playing on her cell phone to actually help me. When I go to try and open an account. Instead she says that she cannot help me, and that she has to schedule an appointment for me. that it would take about 45 minutes to open an account. I mean I can understand if the lobby was packed but there was no one in there. There was no reason she could not open an account.. she was just super lazy. If I could give zero stars at this location I would"

"Two tellers to handle both the inside and drive through. Waited 20 minutes to make a simple deposit. Asked the manager to just make the deposit for me. No you have to go to the window even though there were three desk employees. Things at this bank have changed to the worst and I have been at Wells Fargo for many years. I will spend the rest of my time finding an alternative to this bank for what I consider a large amount of money (in the sweep account). Enough is enough!"

"I was in the store for 39 mins today to do a 2 minute transaction. I come in once a week to make a deposit for my company. And it’s a long wait every time I go in. They desperately need to hire more staff at this location. Wells Fargo please do better"
