"Don’t waste your energy coming here. I recommend you to go to abc tittle. They have people that speak Spanish there. In this agency; they are very rude, can’t tell you what they are charging you. When they finish talking and they feel like it, it’s when they call you. They act like they are doing you a favor, when you are paying them. For a car donation, they charged $204. Couldn’t even tell me what I was paying and then had me waiting until she finished with another customer. Terrible customer service.. look at the reviews they aren’t lying to you. They have a big attitude and walk away from you when they can’t give you an answer. Didnt even gave me a receipt of an act of donation. She didn’t even know what that was. Worst service ever. No pierdas tu tiempo aquí. Ve mejor an abc tittle, ellos también hablan Español. Estas personas que trabajan aquí tienen una actitud terrible, te cobran demas solo por que hablan Español. Son unos abusadores. Ellos te tratan como si ellos te están haciendo un favor a ti cuando nosotros somos los que pagamos. El servicio es pésimo. Te atienden cuando a ellos le da la gana."

She doesn't explain things and will belittle you for pushing for your rights after you have paid for services not yet provided. On top of that she abuses Hispanic people for something they can do for free"

"Unprofessional, rude, shady and incompetent are the best words to describe this business. They don't know what they're doing especially Rick the owner. Charging for services that were never rendered is not only wrong, but illegal and shady. If you don't know what you're doing, you simply say that you are unaware of how to complete that instead of constant back and forth chase for additional documents when you've had the paperwork for over 2 weeks only to still not complete it and blame everyone else but yourself. Stay away from this place, not worth the headache or the hassle because this place is a joke."
