"Hi we were inside of a location tonight with 3 minutes prior to closing. My fiance left his card so he stayed and I went back to get it. The store manager literally closed the store with my fiance inside of the store. I was once a retail Manager. That is so unethical and unprofessional. I'd like to review this store a 1 star, report the issue, and hope you all clarify to your store manager her duties as a manager. 2117 Veterans Blvd. Metairie."

"I cannot rate the service I received here highly enough. I was taken care of by Devin on 5/30/23. I was grieving, having to ship home my father’s and grandfather’s burial flags, along with a few of my father’s personal effects I could not bring home in my suitcase. Devin saw me come in, having to make two trips as I walk with a cane. I needed the store to package as well as ship, having no box of my own. Devin could have taken advantage of me, as I was so clearly distraught and not thinking. Rather, he was kind, gentle, and gave me every discount I was eligible for (I did have several heavy objects). He telephoned me within 30 minutes to let me know he had personally packaged my shipment. And when I received it as promised, I was overwhelmed with the care he had taken: EVERYTHING was individually wrapped in plastic to ensure it was protected against the elements, and placed so no matter how I opened the box, it was protected. I could not be more impressed and pleased with the service I received. The care and compassion I received made a difficult process a little easier to bear. I have the flags home, along with my father’s books to give to my son. Thank you, Devin, and thank you, UPS, for bringing these priceless things home to me."

"I visited this UPS location last week to mail king cakes to my office in FL and to family in TX. We were promptly greeted as we walked in and our packages were packed up, paid for, and being shipped within 5 minutes. All employees in the store were extremely cheerful and one employee with an amazing voice was singing with the songs on the radio. It was a very pleasant experience."

"I go here to drop off Amazon returns that I prepackaged myself so I won't go in to make a big fuss over this but I am annoyed at my last interaction. I brought my own box for an item and I guess I didn't scratch off my mailing address well enough because I paid a lot of money for the mailing and then they shipped it 1 mile back to my home address. Idiots. Also they packed two items together that were supposed to go to separate locations so now I am out about $23 and two people didn't get their gifts on time."
