"If i could give this place a 0 i would. I went in there to do a title transfer from a car that I've purchased from copart with a friend and this white blond lady seems to be in her late 30’s. Never greeted me she was so rude from the beginning saying that i need a LA id to do that and then she proceeded to the back and came back with a older lady that was even worst than her saying that the title that i had from copart was wrong that i was missing a signature and that i couldn't do anything. I stand up and told my friend to just go to ABC TITLE down the road, and we did just that and with 10 min inside abc title we were done. I honestly think that they were just discriminating my friend and I because im a foreigner and he is black. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place, it was my first time there and my last."

"Fast, and polite. They answered all our questions. Just went there to get a new ID. There's two rooms for waiting and one had a few vending machines. The front desk guy told us they would text our phone when ready (as long as it's not too busy). Being able to leave the main room made it worthwhile alone. Whenever possible I go here instead of the OMV."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Judy is so rude and condescending if you’re young and new to owning a car. I don’t know if shes like that to everyone or if it was because I was young and unfamiliar, but it really does not feel good to be laughed at and treated like an idiot when its your first time. All I wanted was help with my title and not to be looked at as an idiot for needing it. Do not come here if you’re not familiar with the process unless you wanna be treated like a dumb annoyance."

"The lady i worked with was completely rude!!! She acted annoyed if I asked any questions. I came here specifically because the lady I spoke to on the phone was the only one I spoke to after calling multiple places that understood what I was wanting to do. Everyone else in the office was nice and of course the woman I got the "pleasure" of working with was very rude and not in a good mood."
