"Fast and friendly family business. I use them for all my title needs and registration of vehicles, etc. Old building but gets the job done, have to go around back to get in"
"Customer Beware! Go somewhere else! Just a bad experience from start to finish. If you want to wait two months for your title, get your paperwork lost, be treated rudely, get your paperwork half filled out then have to go somewhere else to get the title work and registration finished after waiting for months, then this is your place! Seriously, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a business. Oh, and they quote "don't return phone calls, you can call back"."

These people leaving 1 star bad reviews are obviously just Karen's and Ken's who didn't get their way and think people care about their completely wrong opinions. "I was promised a Lic. Plate within 10 days. Its been 26 days and still no plate. I went back to store on Clearview Parkway and the lady was extremely rude and told me my order had not been processed and they do not have a plate to issue me. Took my 99.00 and now I have to wait on there office from Covington to mail me a refund check. So inconvenient. I hope they loose all of there customers. I spent more than 2 hours on a Saturday. And now today I've been here over 1 hour and they Office can't find my paperwork nor can the Covington store. I guess they don't communicate."
"Went here today to get a title transfer after purchasing a truck and I have to say the lady was so helpful and knowledgeable! She was able to transfer the plate to me from the previous owner. Saved me a trip to the DMV and extra money! The price was also very reasonable! Definitely would recommend their services!"
