"Waited 2 hours and my name was not even on the board yet so I took a 10 minute stretch break. I returned for another 30 minutes and learned that my name had been removed from the list and that I would have to sign in again. I left and drove to ABC Title in La Place and got my drivers license in 15 minutes. If you look closely at the attached photo, you’ll notice the clerk is on her smartphone with the place packed with waiting people. If I could rate lower than one star I would. Don’t waste your time at this “Express” OMV."
