"There are a lot of attorneys in this town. Do yourself a favor, and find one who will actually work for you because this one does absolutely nothing for the client. Sweet on the surface, but that's as far as it goes. Doesn't return calls, doesn't send itemized bills when asked, and sure as heck doesn't fight for you in court. I've lost my granddaughter because Sarah Chouest did nothing to help."

She can really put the FACTS in some peoples faces. She got back in touch with me in a timely fashion, if not right away. She didn’t charge me an arm and a leg she only charged me what was needed. When I told her my concerns (not knowing her the first time I met her) I thought she’d be like other lawyers and not put much effort into it but SHE DID, she also made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. "We hired her 6 months ago giving her a 2500.00 retainer fee. She never emailed us, never called us , the only Thing she did was went to court 1 time and lost , she said she was going to do a lot of things but her actions didn’t match her words. My husband would call her every other week to check on the status and always got a voicemail, only a couple times did she answer and her reply was I’m in court will call you back when I get out, only to never get a return call. She never mailed any letters to anyone ( if she did we never got a copy ) she never returned calls and only a couple times did she answer an email mail. We fired her 6 months in and she stated that she would send us a refund but it would take 30 days. 31 days later we received an email only for her to say she used all of the retainer fee…. ON WHAT !!!!! I do not recommend giving her any money because you won’t get anything for it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL. WHAT A JOKE. I have a spread sheet with calls , length of each call and emails and it DOES NOT COME CLOSE TO TOTALING 2500.00. Will be contacting the bar association as well as the BBB."

"I would say this is an amazing lawyer, keep in mind shes a very busy person but will always manage to make time for you. Shes helped me through a family custody case and very reasonable on her fees.
