Reviews
"Absolutely great experience! Groomer was kind, accommodating, and her skills were great! Hands down exceeded my expectations!"
"My wife took our dog and the lady said she was aggressive and was gonna bite. Wouldn't let my wife get a word in otherwise and was on the phone the whole time never even introduced herself to the dog. Christ almighty. Interesting business."
"We have been bringing our babies to her for 5 years and she is the best. Our fur babies Love her."
"Before I add, the owner replied to Taylor Shae's review and she is actually talking about my dog Luna. She responded to the wrong review cause I took my Luna the same day. Might I add that a few of the "5 star reviews" are friends or family. During drop off I noticed that it basically was a shed turned groomers next to their house. It had rusted crates, no clear major ventilation with fans and the place did not look very clean or well kept. On top of that, all the dogs that were currently there (ie: Ms Taylor shae's dog, another review on here) did not seem so happy as some people claim. Then upon pick up, Luna was shaking and cradled in the back of the crate as if she was scared. Luna was still wet (all other groomers have some way of drying ie: blow dryer, dry machine, or heat fan), and sprayed some perfume as she grabbed Luna out of the crate. Claims "spray some of that smelly good stuff to cover the bath". Then goes to tell me, "she doesnt like to hold still for me to trim her claws, so I waited for you to hold her for me" which I can understand but if you are gonna do it, atleast dont rush it and not look where your trimming. One photo attached was taken at home because I was in a hurry to get her home. The other was actually in the car in front of her "shop". And the fact that you have to sign a liability "customer card" should say something. Petsmart and other major pet chains only ask for information and a permission form to groom certain aspects such as bathing and/or hair cut/trims. When I saw the carelessness of the trimming I didnt want to cause a scene as I was infuriated. The fact that there are other people on here who claim the same thing has happened to their dogs isnt a good sign and I should of trusted my gut. Must I add that in the Army I'm an environmentalist along with my regular job in maintenance and the things I saw is actually not in compliance with the Pet Safety and Protection Act that was revised on Jan 18, 2019. For example, the rusted crates stacked on top of each other does not comply with the safety regulations outlined stating that each crate must be clean and with support of it's own that another crate isnt the sole support."
"My friend brought her dog here for a bath and nail trim, she came home bleeding from her nail beds and literally shaking in the car and was NOT bathed. Others have brought their dogs home with flees. Do not be fooled by the 5 star family reviews"
