"Went in the ups store to drop some of my ordered stuff off and was met by a VERY unprofessional and rude girl named Tatiana. The location was college st. In Beaumont. Never have been there before and never would go back. I had to print up 1 paper for a return and she charged me $3.22. To print a piece of paper. Went back in cause she only scanned 1 one of my items and ripped the receipt out of my hand and said no I didn’t upon realizing I was correct she went and got the item in the back. With an attitude and said nothing only to toss the scanned receipt back at me. I’ve never been met with more disrespect from a UPS employee. I wouldn’t have her in customer service job, she can’t even conduct herself in that environment or others with common courtesy. Had I not paid attention that was $45 return alone with my $3 piece of paper. $48 in the hole because she had a bad attitude."

"I was not told they would charge me for a piece of tape to tape my return package despite me having my own bag to return my item . I told them if they would’ve told me before taping up I would’ve taped it at home and came back instead of paying extra. $1 for each piece of tape! A heads up would’ve been nice"

"I was in the store today to make copies and and send documents overnight. I was waited on a young man that was very rude and disrespectful. I have used thus store i the past and have noticed the same behavior by this individual . I read over reviews and It describes the same person. This date this person repeatedly called me "Boss". I'm 60 years, have held a full time job since the age of 14, and had a career in state and local service. I told him not to call me "BOSS" because it could be used for a acronym for something else. He replied "I know, that's why I use it". I told him to go screw himself, and asked for the owner. I spoke with an older gentleman who stated he was the owner. I told him of the incident with the employee who I strongly suspect is related. All he did was smile and shake his head. No apology was offered. I also told the owner would not speak to me or anyone outside the store in a disrespectful manner, he tries to to disrespectful because he has the protection of being in the store. I also have been charged to tape a box when it was a free drop off.( I called Amazon and they say they should not charge for this service). It is my opinion and recommendation that this store not be used. We have other choices in town that will treat you as a customer. USPS is cheaper for overnight. I notice that the owner is less likely to respond to negative reviews, that should speak itself."
