"This was my first time using Bo's. I sent two generators to Bo's for their yearly tune up and maintenance. They were picked up and returned, running perfectly. All of my calls and emails were returned promptly, and price quotes were given before any of the work was performed. All 3 employees that I dealt with were professional, and courteous. Their prices were so reasonable, especially considering the pickup and delivery service; that it is not worth my time to do the work myself anymore. Over the last 30 years, my businesses have spent thousands of dollars per year with every pump, generator, and equipment service supply company in this area. None of them comes close to the service that Bo's provided to me in this instance. I seldom give any company 5 star ratings, Bo's definitely earned it."

"I spent a great deal of time trying to navigate Sears (for Craftsman ) repairs, and eventually in a chat session, found out that Sears has several service providers to support repairs. I brought my sputtering mower in, and was so surprised that Bo and team submitted the work as warranty as all was approved so no out of pocket expense! But beyond, when I picked up the unit..I had to ask Bo if they brought the right unit out to me..it was cleaned and tuned up to the point of looking and working as if I had a brand new machine! ( I had taken this unit to a shop in Uptown, paid $90 in service fees, Owner had trouble even finding my unit, then told me he spray cleaned the carburetor, worked ok for 1 mowing ). I'm passionate about keeping my lawn up and so to have my mower returned almost like it was new..shiny, clean, and purring... thank you thank you thank you!"
