"We were having a hard time tracking down a package I call UPS and find out the package was at this customer center in Metairie The guy that helped us find the package was very helpful at first he couldn't find it but he kept looking until he was able to recover it we were very thankful and thanked him very much."

"Super easy to drop off big heavy packages for Freight delivery. The people there are just great so helpful they help me get it out of my truck and got it all shipped as easy as can be."

"License plate C211726. A white man with a brown/red beard was rude when I asked him to park his truck on the side of the street instead of directly in a driving entry. Doesn’t know what customer service is and lacks the discipline to treat people with kindness. He definitely does not need to be in a customer service based industry with such rude mannerisms."

"What kind of idiots do they have working at this facility, !!! I am highly upset, I have been anticipating my package for quite some time now, but UPS delivered my packages to the wrong address twice, I've attempted to file a claim, and the site is not allowing me to, I am not able to speak with a live person, I need answers!!! "The supervisor Joe jones is very rude i don’t understand why he is in the position that he is in .He is not a peoples person at all . He hung up in my face because i was inquiring about my check being only paid for 1 hour when i worked 8 hours that week (Bonnie wrote my time down on a piece of paper ). He tried to make it seem like i was lying because he dont remember me being there cause “he got 70 employees “ his exact words .All they have to do is run back cameras to confirm !!! The first day i came he was very rude also i got lost and ended up showing up at 5:02 a.m and my scheduled time was 5:00am he had an issue with that and started questioning me about my time i was suppose to be there in a very rude way and said if your late a minute you’ll get sent home .I also told him that I’m not from there and he said I’m not from here either but i still found my way here everyday .Also after orientation he tried to make an example out of me for only being two minutes late . If he learn how to talk to people then maybe they can keep employees longer . No one should have to deal with rude management.The only cool and very nice supervisors was Ryan and Bonnie . Bonnie was the best though .I’m"
