"After nightmare experiences at another area UPS store and the UPS customer "service" facility, I wasn't expecting much. The guys running this store changed my whole experience around! They were super helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile, even dragging a 95-pound wine refrigerator out of my car for me after I explained that I had already dragged it out myself at two other UPS locations for nothing. They got the job done. I can't recommend them highly enough!"
