"I went for the one day OPITO HUET W/ EBS training. I originally booked the wrong class, but when I emailed them to explain, they replied and fixed it very quickly. I also called to ask a couple questions. My call was answered quickly and by a HUMAN! The lady was able to answer my questions in a very friendly and professional manner. On the day of the class, I had Adam as an instructor. He also was very friendly and professional. I felt the course curriculum was very well organized with each lesson and exercise building on the previous. By the end of the day, we were surviving a water submerged, upside down helo. I felt that the instructor and divers did a great job of assisting those who couldn't swim or who had anxiety issues. I found out at the end of the day, the lady at the front desk had answered my phone calls and email. I can't speak highly enough about the staff at this location. I hope I can go back for more training at some point. Thank you."
