"Who ever was working the ups tonight store this bad review is because of them. 1. I did come in at 630p and I had 12 boxes to return I understand they were ready to close but I got off late. I asked for a dolly and all they told me it was in the back. No one grabbed it or offered to help. 2. I brought all of it in and I brought the label they stated I needed 12 label on my Amazon label it stated qty of 12 They couldn’t scan it they said and I had to load all 12 boxes back into my car . I went to a different ups before they closed and I got helped and they accepted all my boxes with that one label."

"I am writing this review after the failed attempt to speak with the owner. On the eve of Oct 31 I went to drop off some Amazon returns. As you all may know that Amazon do not want to box the item. As I have more than one item I put them in a box for easy carry. The cashier at the front refused to take the box and give me two options. Either I pay them to tape it or I can go back. The manager on duty also said same thing. I could take out all the items and give it them but as I wanted to discuss with the owner, how was not there at the moment, I took them back. Unfortunately the owner never returned my call. And what is most funny or I should say stupid thing, I have another open box, and took that one without any argument. I will not let it go easily and will also contact UPS cooperate office. Thank you"
