"It's always tough to review something when you only use it once, & I've only used this location for my wedding venue. I highly recommend it, especially because the people working here are so great and flexible. Emily, the coordinator for the location, is communicative and knowledgeable. Because she's the sole on-property worker most of the time, there can sometimes be difficulties catching her on short-notice, but that's not a problem if you're responsible on your end. I have no issues at all with the venue itself, which had sufficient basic amenities for decor and had a great look. If you like the style of the venue, their decor and amenities on-hand will also match your preference. This can subtly save you money. We actually originally sought this place because of their caterer, who had a mac-&-cheese bar that caught our Gen Z eyes. The caterer was awesome, and their policy of giving you all remaining food is something that was important to our anti-food-waste philosophy (& budget). The food was great and diverse. Our only criticism isn't for the venue, but the venue's preferred DJ. We selected them based on their price and the venue's recommendation based on their prior experience. But, we had a bad experience. The only fumble of the wedding, so be mindful of the various DJ options and find one you like. Granted, our songs were unusual, but we also were detailed in our explanation of our songs and provided the DJ with our Spotify playlist directly, so we tried anticipating any issues with our unusual selection. The security on-site was pleasant and helpful, since this is Shreveport. There was a small incident outside, and the security was quick to deal with it professionally, and communicative with Emily in managing it. If you like the aesthetic, you should absolutely give this place a shot. Everything about the venue is great, and the only concerns are related to outside contractors, rather than SLB itself."

"I debated writing this review because that would mean I would have to re-live what was suppose to be the best day of my life be one of the worst. Everything was fine until the coordinator got sick and we had a replacement coordinator. Ugh. My music was off, she was rude to my guests, and wedding cards that were gifted to us came up missing. They said no more cards could fit my box which had a lock, so they give me their box with no lock. Now most of the cards are missing and they blamed by wedding party and photographer. Horrible experience for the money I paid. 1-10, I do not recommend. Oh and please read what you sign, because I was told that a part of my contract was that they are not responsible for personal property, however there were doors that don’t properly close in which we were told our personal items can be kept there. Never Again"

"Emily is exceptionally accommodating and will make sure any event is customized to your budget, number of guest and overall theme. I’ve coordinated 4 weddings and a high school dance here in less than 8 months. Each time has been a joy! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!"
