"Food arrived.. an hour and a half after I placed the order. After the predicted delivery time came and went, I called the driver to ask where the order was and was told they were 12 min away. After another 30 min they finally came. I received a tracking number after the order was dropped off which was pointless by then. Food was cold. Never experienced delivery like this. Definitely not worth it."

"Im a local here in New Orleans, in the French quarter I ordered 4 different times. Same restaurant. 8 mins away 2.1 miles. first two was pretty perfect one to my home the other to a bar in the quarter. I was actually impressed on the delivery process. 3rd time watching the actual delivery in process to see the driver stop 3 different times before he delivered my food. Reheating $58 of cold pizza shouldn't have happened. 4th and final time ordered at 6:42pm and the driver picked up at 7:36 and again. Watched the driver make multiple stops before me to deliver the wrong/partial order at 8:12pm Had to go back to get the pizza! Then the driver blamed the restaurant. $40. cold pizza, 2 hours later so I give 2.5 stars l"
