"I enjoyed coming to ups store to send packages it’s a shame how things change over the years. Lately i do not receive good service after my last visit last week i decide i will not be returning. I am a years long customer but now it is worth it to sit in the post office instead. If lucky you will may get to be assisted by a good worker some days.but if the girl with short hair is working then i suggest you turn around walk OUT. She used her CELL phone while assisting me and could not give attention to customers because of cell phone. The manager did not make the situation good either he ordered me to hand him my package like a dog. He was VERY RUDE and i am regretfully Takin my business my business else where New management is needed the service declined and people like me especially Seniors"

"The staff went above what I needed and was more than friendly and helpful. I had a fairly large package that I was shipping out of country. One staff member held the door for me and another helped me with my package. I'd never shipped out of country before so he explained all of the regulations, insurance, what may happen at customs, and any additional fees that may be charged to me or the receiver. We reviewed every item and made sure that they followed the country's import laws. In my package was a small box of decorative lights that I couldn't answer a few questions about (regarding batteries). I agreed to have the package opened and I accepted that the lights would need to be unwrapped from their giftwrapping. I am more than thankful that the staff went out of his way to be careful with the wrapping and made sure it was wrapped as it was before. Everything was the repacked just as I had it originally. The package stayed with customs for less than an hour and arrived mid afternoon on the estimated delivery date. According to the receiver, the package was a little banged up, but everything inside was safe. I'll definitely be shipping with this office in the future!"
