"The staff at this branch are soooooo awesome! always friendly and courteous, and able to take care of any banking needs I may have. I wish all bank branches were like this one. I have been doing business and personal banking here long before it became Cadence....."

"Very disappointed in the bank. Some of the employees are stuck up and rude. Was needing a handicaps parking which happened to be full. I inquired about it since there was no customers in the bank, they allow their employees to park in the handicaps parking. Young women with no disability, no tag on their vehicle saying handicap and taking the parking spaces. Wish a cop would write them tickets, so they wouldn't take the parking."

"I would like to update my reviews. The lady from walnut street bank tried to call back but couldn't get through. We got to the bottom of the problem when i went to the bank and everyone was very helpful. I greatly appreciate Kathy at Hartley bridge branch having our checks sent to the branch on walnut. We could not have them left outside our office downtown. Over all it worked out great. Thank you. Also love Maria for her help."
