"Terrible customer service...... The worst I've ever encountered. First I inquired with an employee at another location before my arrival about approval terms. I was assured I was able to use the bank I use and if I'm told otherwise it's a lie. Well I wouldn't recommend using this location at all . I was able to actually use my debit card with Speedy Cash to still get a payday loan. No thanks to the Texas street location though. They are very very rude and lazy."
