"I work all night, I work all day, to pay the bills I have to pay And still there never seems to be a single penny left for me That’s too bad."
"I do not live in the area but I recently visited this location while doing business with a local truck outfitter. Mrs. Cain and the staff went out of their way to assist me and treated me as if I was a lifelong customer. Thank you so much for your kindness."
"The Loan Officer and Teller are straight forward and honest people and the loan officer give me and my wife great advise when we were trying to sell our four bedroom doublewide trailer and land so the world show them some love"
"It doesn't even deserve the one star!! Awful customer service... Horrible experience with fraud department!! I won't even dispute anything again bc they do not take care of their customers!! Thank God I have another bank and will start only using it!!"
"Had a account here for years and on the road traveling for work when my wife calls to ask me about a charge on my card. Well its a fraudulent charge so I call the bank to ask what to do and how to handle the situation. The nice lady who answered the call transferred me to "accounting" and that was about the end of the help. Gave the lady my name and told her what was going on and she asked for my account number. Told her I was driving and I didn't have it handy and repeated my name and told her we only had one account so it shouldn't be hard. She once again informed me that she would only look my account up by the account number so I suppose while I am driving down the freeway I should start digging thru my console for my checking account number... and then read it out to her so I could be a distracted driver. It was a sad excuse for customer service when she refused to pull up my account and verify me verbally with the security questions. It was a sad excuse for customer service when she refused to do what every teller at that bank has done and that's look my account up by my name. So if you need a bank and will always be able to go in person for anything you might need this is a very good bank. Yet if you like me have to travel at times and may need a bank that would possibly act like they appreciated your business and do something when you need it I would encourage you to investigate any of the numerous other banks in town. I know when I get back to town I have every intention of looking in to the other banks myself."
