"Friendly professional staff. 2 items we were not pleased with… when we turned in our contract we were told it would be 4-6 weeks to closing (for a cash sale), it actually took 9 weeks and no one ever called me to update. I had to call them to get updates and was told every time 4-6 weeks… even after 6 weeks had passed. Also we did not receive our warranty deed for 69 days after closing. We had to call twice about that. When we finally got it in the mail it was dated June 20 with a postmark of July 7th. They are SLOW."
