AT&T Store

"Kimberly was the most helpful person I have EVER met at ANY AT&T store. I live 2.5 hours away but I will definitely visit this store in the future. This store and all of the people who work there have been more helpful in this one visit than the many many times I've been to the Covington, LA store on hwy 190. Kimberly deserves at least a 10 on a 1-5 rating of 5 being most satisfied."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was made an offer on a phone credit for $800 toward a new phone.I Brought phone in next day as instructed, and they said it was only worth $300 even though I had the phone with me when they made the offer. I said no problem, please put everything back the way it was. I was told they couldn’t do it. Dylan was very snarky and told me to go to the store in Houma! He had the audacity to ask me what I wanted to be when I grew up . I am a 50 year old man ! After an hour I finally left with my old phone, a $50 restocking fee, and a bill that is $40 higher than it was before. Thanks for nothing"

"Dylan was so helpful, professional, friendly and courteous! Best experience I’ve ever had at this location! In the last month we’ve been in there three times once to upgrade my phone and my son and I’s watches, second time to upgrade my husbands phone and third time today to upgrade our son’s phone and every time was a pleasant experience! None of the associates are pushy but they make sure we get the most for our money. Five stars just doesn’t seem like enough. The store itself was neat, tidy and very clean and accessories were easy to find. All the associates were not only pleasant to us but to each other as well. Great job Dylan on making our experience pleasant!!"
