"Dr. Malani is great but the office is a whole other experience. It’s horrible communication at all times not what you could say completely rude but definitely not friendly or comforting. And if you have a question it’s extremely difficult.And regardless of what day or time you have an appointment it takes hours to get seen and done. I have never been out in under a couple hours.Even when I’ve only spent about 15 minutes with Dr Malani himself . Sad I’m considering a new doctor because of the check in process , horrible waiting and office staff."

"I really like Dr. Malani. He was very thorough and is caring. So, he would get 5 stars! However, I just received a building use fee from Baptist Hospital because I saw him at the Ben Rogers Cancer Center. I was never told that I would be billed to see the doctor in that building. I hope they are not doing this to actual cancer patients who are needing their treatments. That is so wrong!!!! I will not be back. I guess if I need to see a hematologist again, I will find out where they are located."
