"I turned in change of address 4-6 months ago, I'm still getting letters from USPS saying they'll return my mail if I don't do change. So I did yet another, 3rd one, now they say I must go to the office with car registration, birth certificate, etc . I have no car, and I'm missing important papers since the storm . I live 8 miles from there, n have no ride. The letter they sent CAME to the correct address! The one in question was with a state company, time sensitive, I immediately filled it out (though had already called the agency), put it in box, and for the next 3 days, watched the carrier pass my red flag! I sent in a grievance to no avail. The next day, it was finally picked up. Why must I keep sending changes? The address INSIDE the letter was one from 8 yrs ago. A. Kibodeaux"

"People are rude. Line is always long. Packages take 2 weeks to arrive, even when it's right there in Texas. Has to go 4 states away before finally coming to Louisiana. Then you might get it if they feel like delivering it. Don't try to say no one was home...you guys were just to damn lazy to deliver it"

"I really wish i could give this office no stars. But you have to give at least 1. Ordered mail box key and was trying to do change of address and asked about having them hold mail until I had the key. They were rude in helping me. They acted like I was an inconvenience. Then on top of that I've been calling trying to find out if my mail key is in yet (waiting on packages for my kids from tn) and both days I called the phone rings and rings till either A someone picks up then immediately hangs up the receiver or it rings until you get a busy signal from no one answering. This is quite ridiculous. Not everyone can get to the post office in person readily to take care of these things. Why have a business phone if you never answer it. And if you hate your job so bad quit. I spent almost 4 minutes listening to the phone rings once when the busy tone come up . It is so frustrating!"

"*I called the help line, staying on the phone for several minutes each time. They hung up on me. Thinking it was a mistake, I called them back, for a total of 4 phone calls. 4 times they hung up on me. There is no excuse for such rude, unprofessional conduct. Even though I'm annoyed with their rudeness for today, they were still doing things better August 2022. Even though it's the busiest time of year, and so many are rushing to mail packages, they were polite & very helpful. That woman couldn't have been nicer. God bless them. You couldn't pay me to do their job bc some of the customers were downright rude. The people at the post office do a great job."

"They never called to inform me my mail key was made, went 2 weeks without my mail. I recommend driving to another location if you're trying to get a new mailbox key."
