I’ve purchased maybe 30 different plants from this nursery and every single one is alive. My success rate has never been this good with plants from box stores. Boyers prices beat out those box stores as well. I’ve even purchased their 50 cent plants and every one of them is still alive."
"Locally owned plant nursery. Typically my go-to in deridder. Open every day of the week. Location: at the intersection of hwy 171 and hwy 26. Pulling in always feels a little awkward to me due to the corner location. Limited parking. Service: have been several times and was always friendly. The lady who has always been around when I go is very open to helping customers and she is knowledgeable about the plants they sell (if she doesn't know something, she will find you someone who does). The gentleman there are nice and have worked out deals when we bought a large number of trees. Items: trees (I've seen evergreen, plum, fig, other fruit, oak, etc), plants (I've seen succulents, ivys, hanging baskets, houseplants, blueberry, blackberry, roses, bushes etc.), pottery (large and small), yard decor (windmills, bigfoot, metal flowers, whiskey barrels). You can always call ahead or message them on Facebook to ask about a specific item in stock. Prices: dependant upon what you get. I recently bought an aloe and a large succulent for $15 total. My peace lilly was $10. Our cleyera trees were $12 each. I saw recently that their fig trees were $20. Pottery ranged from $10-100+ depending on size and material (clay/wood/metal). Their Facebook page is always updated with new arrivals, events, and sales!"
"We saw ads on FB market place & decided to drive over from Texas. Great selection of plants to choose from. 4 stars due to the fact the 2 people working didn’t know anything about plants. Thank goodness I knew what I was looking for. This one was unusual to me. I plan to trim the lower leaves & train it to be more like a topiary."
