"I have been at the address in Moss Bluff for a year. Nothing but problems since day one. I have filed complaints and always get the same reason for the problem. "Your regular carrier is out and someone will be there tomorrow. " Still happening a year later and have birthday cards in mail for grandchildren. The management at this Moss Bluff office must be the "good buddy system" with employees rather than proper management. I have had a card in the mail with the flag UP, going on the 3rd day!"

"I order over $200 worth of clothing online and the mail carrier delivered it to the wrong address. I spoke to someone in the office ans they confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. They were supposed to pick my package up and delivery it to me. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my package. I keep calling and they keep hanging up on me."
