"The whole office staff is amazing! They do superior work and take excellent care of their patients. Dr. Upadhyay takes time for his patients and answers any questions that you may have. He explains everything where you can understand it and treats his patients like family. Would highly recommend!"

"Wish I could give zero stars. Was advised by MDAnderson to threaten Upadhyay with patient neglect because he was refusing to provide a blood transfusion (MDAnderson could not make orders across state lines). Had lots of major issues (including a life threatening infection and a blood clot) and when I told Upadhyay about my symptoms it was always chalked up to “chemo side effects”. Had to go to other local doctors when Upadhyay refused to help me. Other doctors immediately hospitalized me and I received the needed care. If you want quality care, go to someone else."

"We hope you never get diagnosed with cancer, but if you do go to Dr. Upadhyay. He's an amazing oncologist. He always treated my husband and I with respect and made time for our needs even when we didn't have an appointment and his schedule was full. He closely monitored my husband's health and took every measure to ensure his condition was the best it could be throughout his chemo treatments. His nurses are just as attentive and give the best care possible. The receptionists are always friendly and greet you with a smile. Mrs. Upadhyay (the office manager) is just as helpful with medical forms and paperwork. She answers all of your questions and ensures the proper forms are filled out correctly and sent to the appropriate people. We haven't had a single bad experience and would recommend Dr. Upadhyay to anyone needing his services."

"I have been seeing Dr Upadhyay for over 12 years. I have not once had any problem with him or his staff. His nurses are awesome and I mean they totally rock!! He is very thorough and answers all my questions. The entire staff, to include his wife, work around my schedule whenever I run into conflicts. They handle all insurance inquiries or discrepancies without complaints. We have truly become family and I would give them a higher rating if I could."

"I thought he was great my 1st couple of visits. He was very upbeat and charming. But then my health started to go downhill and at a rapid rate. I started doing my own research and talking to other specialist (including the Mayo Clinic). I found out the supplement he had me on was the exact supplement EVERY other doctor and even online research said to stay away from. That it would severely complicate my disease and put me at great risk of death. So at my next visit I brought this up to him. He became furious and laughed at me and said... "fine, don't take it and go buy your coffin!" He then stormed out of the room like a child having a tantrum leaving me crying and afraid. This man is a horrible person and an even worse doctor!"
