Drove from Bossier City to make this and one this morning to find they had the wrong schedule. Probably will not be back for any check ups regardless of the consequences. Done fooling around with all this. Said they could reschedule which really isn't an option due to the distance. We do have the card showing a 2pm time. Thought they were different here, guess not. THEY CALLED US BACK IN AND WORKED HARD TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. WILL BE BACK."
