"Extremely rude service from an employee named crystal. I was charged a late fee of 20$ because I was told I didn’t check in on the app when the only directions on the site given was to park in a legal spot and verify the fuel followed by dropping the keys off in the return box. The employees could verify the truck was turned in by the keys in the return box and video footage of me dropping the vehicle off 12 hrs in advance. In front of post I’m sure I’m not the first service member they squeeze money out of. Try other locations before you rent."

"MILITARY FAMILIES BE WARNED!! Do not rent here this place is infested with bugs and has black mold. Uhaul corporate will not do anything to cover cost be sure to pay extra for their insurance. My whole storage unit was coverage with black mold I had my stuff in there for less than 6 months. Most of it was covered and mold still got in. The bugs were everywhere. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover black mold so my money went to waste. I had dinning room table, 2 couches, chairs, other furniture covered in black mold. JUST Be sure to be get insurance thru UHAUL. The manager did nothing but told me to leave, so I left everything in the unit and abandoned it. They had me messed up thinking I was going to touch that stuff. Even the professional movers I hired never seen anything like that before. This was disappointing never renting uhaul again and I meant that."

"I needed a particular type of trailer and they will arrange it to be where it needs to be when I need it. The price seems more than fair and the lady knew exactly what size ball and electric hook up I'd need. They are very good people to deal with."

"By far one of the best U Haul facilities I've used. I had used this establishment in the past and recommended it a while back to a friend who in turn asked me to take them there so I obliged. A woman named Shana was the employee who took care of him and she was fast, efficient and friendly. She was Very welcoming, had a great attitude and answered all of his questions. The facility was clean and very organized as well! And to that point, while we were there, I noticed the employee walk over to the packing peanuts and straighten the display. I truly don't understand why this facility is ranked 3.9 because I can assure, the service my friend and myself experienced and encountered was a 5+. I posted some pictures to highlight a few of the items they sale inside this store as I didn't know they sold most of this stuff when I rented a truck there. I also added a picture of their price board behind the counter."

"I wish I could give them no stars. We had a reservation with multiple confirmations through both phone and email and when we arrived we were told that the vehicles we had reserved they didn’t have and that there was nothing available within 100 miles. We were told we were out of luck and there was nothing we could do. We were treated so poorly and left hanging when we had deadlines for moving out and reporting to our new home. This caused even more trouble as we are in the Army and it takes a lot of pieces to coordinate a move. We talked with 5 different customer service representatives after waiting on hold for 15-20mins each time and none of them seemed to care. We were even laughed at by one representative. We will never be using U-haul again as it seems that it’s not just this location that doesn’t care about their customers. We have never felt so disrespected and disappointed."
