"Everything is fine until something isn't fine. Since January 24th I've been relying on them to get a claim resolved for a shadow box I sent out to a mentor of mine. I paid insurance on the item and everything went as normal as possible. Unfortunately the item was damaged so it wasn't delivered and they were supposed to do the claim to refund me the hundreds of dollars I've spent on this shadow box. Since then for almost 60 days the owners have failed to communicate consistently, accurately and honestly with me on the process. I've been having to call them and "the owners are always absent." I'm not walking away from my claim and neither should they. By the service I'm receiving I might as well be talking with the standard USPS and maybe they'll actually return my phone calls."
"Such rude staff. Every time I’ve been in here they don’t stop their conversation to help you. Scan your return/shipping labels and hand you your receipt without saying a single word to you. I’d much rather ship something from here for convenience rather than the post office but I make the drive to the post office because I’ll actually be able to ask a question if need be. I also feel terrible for the child crawling around on the dusty filthy floor."
