Moving Help Can

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I do not normally post reviews but I had to in this case. They showed up on time, but that is the only credit I will give them. They did not show up with the correct individuals to move my heavy furniture causing damage. In addition, they did not have the correct moving equipment which can easily be purchased based on what they charged. The cost was 300 more than what was quoted and it seemed as it the took their time. I didn't have much stuff but it seemed like a chore to get things loaded. If you don't mind damaged furniture, then they are right for you. My Teenage Nephews provided more care in moving my items. I definitely would have preferred to have just rented a uhaul and paid someone else."

"1 star is giving them way more credit than they deserve. They are terrible. The truck first of all is falling apart. The head man and woman are beyond rude. The two workers were very nice and did their job. They cussed in front of us. Tried to argue and call us liars about what we knew pertaining to our belongings. Didn’t even finish the packing and loading. We still have a lot to do ourselves. Put all of our beds in one room stacked together and pieces were scattered everywhere. They tried to be all sweet and nice in the beginning but we quickly saw them for the scam artist they are. They complained the entire time about everything. Tried to say that they didn’t see everything when they came to give the bid for the job which was a lie. They saw it all! If you want your job done right and you want professional people doing it DO NOT HIRE THEM! I could say so much more but I’m only allowed so many words in this review!"

"One star is too good for these people. These people were told that our whole house was put into 2 storage building with a few items in another building. They show up this morning and open the building and say that it’s too much for the price they gave. Then they refused to load the 2nd building. Upon arriving at our new house they wanted to just unload the entire truck and put it into one room. That is not what we agreed on and we told them we would not settle for that. Then the woman advised us that we only had 45 more minutes….again that is not my problem that you only showed up with two people. The rudest scammers I have ever met and they do not deserve to do business in this area."

"Arrived without proper moving equipment (i.e dolly). Complained that it was too hot outside and furniture was too heavy. Didn't listen to furniture owner about which doors to use to prevent furniture and wall damage. Argued with customer throughout interactions. Refused to put pieces where customer asked and simply brought into home. Were finished within 30 minutes, but charged for two hours. Unfortunately, a very uncomfortable encounter. Did not give customer notice that electronic pay was no longer available."

"These folks are phenomenal! They picked up a refrigerator and delivered it to me the same day I made the request. They were kind and professional. I highly recommend them."
