"I am very disappointed with the lack of responsibility this establishment has! I had to sign out of the school because of a family emergency and when it came to reimbursement they basically gave me the run around for a whole month saying that my check would come in the mail in 5-7 business days and it never arrived. When I called the school about it I was told that they sent it to the wrong address and that the problem would be fixed. Then when I went to the school they told me that my check was being held there because I didn't return a book when I did in fact return all of the books!! Meaning that they never mailed a check in the first place and never told me they couldn't find a book until the day I went to the school to pick up my check!! Totally careless! I am so glad I am done with this place!"
"I'm disappointed at the lack of integrity that the director and her fellow associates uphold here at Academy Of Acadiana. The seem more interested in taking your money, than exuding character. I signed up for classes and due to a family hardship, I had to cancel before classes started. The team of associates are coached by the director, to give you the run around and when it comes to reimbursement. Their own policy states to reimburse your funds after (pro-rated) time in classes, if you have to drop,within (5-7 days ) after dropping the course. They HESITATE AND FAIL TO HONOR THEIR OWN CONTRACT AGREEMENT. **If you really need to take their course, you have the right to do so, but I don't recommend them. SCAMMING ISN'T CHARACTER. ((I wonder what else there getting away with unlawfully...."
