"Their customer service is outstanding! I often return items because I order online a lot. I had to send back 20 student chairs one time. I also send packages regularly to my daughter who lives in Massachusetts. Every time they help me quickly and efficiently. And the 20 chairs wasn’t the easiest thing to return. I’m so glad there is a business of this type close by. They are the best at what they do!"

"Until today I was doing great with the customer service at this store. I have a small hat business that I mail packages daily. I know the dimensions of my boxes. I’ve been doing this for 2 years. To the young lady with the Louisiana Tech sweatshirt on and the big guy with the beard your tone was uncalled for. I politely took my boxes and left. I reside in Duncanville, Texas but I was born and raised in Jonesboro. I will NEVER step foot in your door again. My brother graduated from Tech. Myself NSU and grad school, Grambling. Respect is needed at ALL times. I don’t play the racist card but, it was giving unwelcome vibes. Never go back and forth with a customer. Let’s GEAUX! I got hats for sale."

"I have used this service on numerous occasions and have always found the employees to be courteous and helpful; however, today, a young man named REED went out of his way to help me with a Amazon/UPS return. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He actually took my phone and looked up my Amazon order for me and selected all of the return prompts to complete the account instructions for the return. I felt so bad for not having completed my part correctly. REED kept reassuring me that he did not mind helping me. It was so refreshing to see a young man with such a pleasant attitude who didn't mind going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Trust me when I say that REED is definitely an asset to the PACK AND MAIL business!"
