"I had been dealing with upper back and neck pain specifically on my left side for months. I didn’t want to abuse NSAIDS but needed it to get through a day’s work. At night, the only real relief I could get was using a THC/CBD-based ointment. But it wasn’t addressing the root cause of the issue and was only providing temporary relief. I contacted Dr. Anthony and was seen promptly. After just ONE treatment, I have not had any more pain. It has been about 2 months and my left sided pain is gone. I saw him again yesterday because I want to continue treatment for maintenance and for prevention of problems down road due to the nature of my work. "My first experience ever at physical training was with Dr. Anthony! I sprained my knee over a month ago and was having knee aches and pains that wouldn’t go away. Dr. Anthony thoroughly assessed my pain and tried several treatments to get to the root of the pain. I was nervous about the dry needling at first but he walked me through it and it was not as painful as I thought! He also cupped my knees and I was out of my appointment in an hour. I was able to workout and lift in no time. It’s been about a few weeks since my visit and my knee feels SO much better, I almost forgot I even sprained it! Thank you Dr. Anthony and Refresh PT. My therapist, Dr. Nguyen, was attentive to my concerns and ailments. Being it was my first pt experience I was surprised my appointment consisted of evaluation, treatment, and education.
