"This shop is not worth the time of day unprofessional you try to support black owned businesses but this is what you get.I ordered flowers on a Friday this recent Mother’s Day which should have been delivered Saturday as agreed to my mother for Mother’s Day the amount was $33.00 I didn’t like the color of arrangement she told me to call the next day to see what she had mind you she took my payment over phone I called the next day she tells me she canceled the Oder that it took $35 for delivery I say well u just canceled and didn’t bother to call me and I’m thinking mom getting flowers on Mother’s Day I asked her you didn’t think I’d pay $2 dollars more but you choose to ruin Mother’s Day for someone else heartless .She say I refunded your money to your card two weeks later no money rip off but I will get my money no threat a promise on my next visit to Mansfield la I guess she feels the distance is she can be evil and then try to play me cause I’m out of state will be in touch this is why you can’t support every black business and they make it bad for others her good reviews she got comes from family and friends.ima get my money tryst"

"I came to Mansfield from south Louisiana for a funeral, which fell the day after Mother's Day, which consequently meant their flower stock was (understandably) pretty depleted. As I was driving to town I called and spoke with Felicia and her son, and while they didn't have the flowers I was looking for when I first called, she called me back over an hour later after she had received a shipment. I came in and she helped me custom create a really beautiful arrangement, and we chatted together. Her customer service was top notch, but moreover and more importantly, genuine. Flowers and More is worth checking out, for sure. Thank you, Mrs. Felicia!"
