"The people who work there are incredible friendly, I’ve never had a rude experience with them, but I have never had issues with my mail with any other post office like I do this one. It’s a constant battle to get my mail. I feel like I am calling them multiple times a week trying to retrieve mail that is supposed to be coming and yet I never get it. I see that it’s been processed but I never receive it. And there is always an excuse as to why. I understand that everything is extremely busy but to not receive mail at all is unacceptable"
