"I ordered gas January 9th. My mom’s gas was suppose to be delivered on or before January 16th. We had wintery mix which I understand a couple days delay. But as of 9/22 we have not received gas. I called all last week and every customer service rep lied like they were going to check on issue and get back with me. No call from anybody and received email that gas is coming on Jan 23. I’ll be canceling today because McAdams propane delivered us gas last week. The customer service is terrible with this company is terrible. Always good to stay with local hometown businesses cheaper is not always better. We won’t be using Ferrell Gas anymore."

"I'm just now trying to get my 1st delivery done but 1st had to pay 144$ for rental of my tank until Nov 2024 which I'm okay with. But I never got billed just put on credit hold I guess is what it was called. Now that I got off credit hold now I'm told I need to pay up front a little over 500$. Again before I even get the gas. So they do have a 30 day deal if qualified so I attempted that today only to never hear back from whom it was I was giving all my personal info to over the phone which I hate to do. Not sure this is the company for my family."

"I was so disappointed in the way I was treated by the receptionist who answered the phone and spoke to me with such disrespect. I am an 88 year old woman living on social security, barely making it. I had a gas leak at the tank and called them out. The service man came out, said "Yes, it's leaking there alright", said he would order the part, then drove off. He left a bill of $300.00 plus tax on my car windshield and drove off. I called to complain about the price of service and the girl on the phone said basically it is what it is, that's what you owe, deal with it. Now I'm over $300.00 out of pocket and my tank is still leaking because the receptionist said it would be $200.00 for another service charge plus parts. Wow!!! I was never even offered so much as a senior citizen discount to help offset the huge cost. You guys don't play fair at all."
